Christmas Day!!

My sweet, little girls waited so patiently to go downstairs to see what Santa brought them. A couple of days before Christmas, Taylor was walking around saying, "Santa, Santa." If you would ask her who is coming tomorrow, she would say ,"Santa!" Kaylee and Nicole were so anxious and I loved watching their excitement.

Each of the girls got a snow globe, jacket, and a baby from Santa. Taylor especially loved her snowglobe and wanted nothing else.

Kaylee was the only one who knew something would be in the stocking. She dug through it finding all of her favorites: gum, lipstick, kitkats, mittens/gloves, stickers, and markers. Once Nicole and Taylor watched Kaylee dig through her stocking, they were more excited about the random BIG sock in their pile.

Nicole was so excited about all the goodies. She did not know where to begin, but when she saw the baby diapers - she SCREAMED!! She loves babies, especially putting diapers on them.

The first thing the girls wanted to play with was their new babies. Luckily, they came with batteries (I can't say the same for future presents to be opened). Kaylee quickly named her baby Mollie and was so excited that it talked and moved. Nicole named her baby Zoey (after her friend) and she soon found out little Zoey goes to the bathroom in her diaper. We had little wet spots all over the carpet all morning, but she had a lot of fun.

It was so nice to be home Christmas morning and take our time playing with toys, eating gooky rolls, and opening presents.

Nicole's favorite present was a little compact full of makeup and glittering lipstick.

Taylor got alot of books this year and especially loved her Elmo and Nemo books.

I remember playing with a Lite Bright when I was young and thought the girls would love it. Kaylee also got her first chapter books: Junie B. Jones. She loves them and reads them every night.

Taylor's favorite presents were a dog that barked and her own little laptop computer.

Nicole has been learning her letters and loves finding them. She loved it when she saw her name on presents. Whenever she sees an "N," she shouts "MY NAME!!!"



HAPPY, EXCITED, THANK YOU HUGS!!! Nicole gave Kaylee a laundry hamper and Kaylee was sooooo excited. She has been wanting one to organize her room.

Nicole put her makeup on all day and her favorite one, the blue eyeshadow, was gone by

the end of the day.

It was a great morning and wonderful Christmas. Warren got new skiies and was very anxious to try them out. He spent the afternoon welding a rack for the truck. Poor Warren worked very hard on the rack and it took alot longer than he thought, so that night we had frozen pizza for dinner. When Kaylee saw what we were eating, she said, "This is no Christmas dinner!" It made me laugh. Christmas night we went to my parent's house and then left for Utah in the morning after opening presents from Grandma and Grandpa.
