Johnson Family in Utah

After Christmas, we drove to Utah in a pretty bad snow storm. Warren and I have never seen snow the entire drive, but we did. There was even snow in Grand Junction on the red rocks. It was BEAUTIFUL!!

I thought it was so funny on the drive to Grandma's house. Kaylee and Nicole were exhausted and slept alot of the trip. Taylor on the other hand did this the entire time.

She giggled, laughed, threw things, cried, ate, sang, and talked. She was WIDE awake, but crashed the next day.

Sunday night we had a family dinner, gift exchange, and family flea market.

Even though Pat has a finished basement with alot of room, we always fall asleep and watch TV in her room.

Sweet Little Aspen - There are 4 little girls all within 10 months of each other : Allie, Taylor, Savanah, and Aspen.

Nicole gets alittle overwhelmed with all of the craziness. She likes to sit and watch.

Cousin gift exchange : Each year the cousins do a gift exchange. It is always very exciting and my girls can't wait to see what their cousin bought for them.

Kaylee loves to play games with Uncle Steve. One of her favorites is the 3-legged race. Steve is such a good sport when all the cousins get together. They climb all over him and want to constantly play with him.

Taylor loves her stuffed animals!! Anytime she sees a stuffed animal, she picks it up, gives it a hug, and says as she looks around - "MINE!!"

Look closely at Nicole's hand. She has her mischievious smile and definatley is into something.

How Sparkly and Shiny - Nicole loves chapstick, but she misses her lips and puts it all over her face instead.

I tried to win 50 tickets at one game over and over again. I could never get the ball in the center. I always got right next to it. It was driving me CRAZY!! Taylor decided to give it a try and she did it!! She hit it the center!! I could not believe it.

Taylor loved playing "Sing It" at Aunt Jenny and Uncle Jim's house. It was so funny to hear Taylor try to sing along with the video. Taylor loved hearing her voice.

The cousins love to sit on Grandma's bed and watch "Backyardigans."

Kaylee and Grandma Johnson always make a gingerbread house together. Kaylee remembers every year and looks forward to making it.

New Year's Eve

Every New Year's Eve, my family had an assortment of goodies out for dinner. Grandma Belnap always had shrimp and so we have kept the tradition. It was delicious!!

Warren's cousin Chris and his family came to celebrate with us. It is always fun to visit with them.

Taylor loves icecream and decided to take matters into her own hands when I said no more. She grabed the bowl and helped herself.


New Year's Eve was fun. We drove around and looked at Christmas Lights in Spanish Fork. The girls loved it, especially Taylor. We stayed up and watched the crazy stunt men in Las Vegas do a back flip in a truck and free fall on a motorcycle. It was CRAZY!!
