Annual Christmas Party for the GIrls

A couple of weeks ago, we had our annual Christmas Party for the girls. Nicole and Kaylee each got to invite 3 of their friends for cookies, crafts, hot chocolate, gift exchange, and a movie. Everyone came in jammies and we started by painting an ornament. After a couple of crafts, the girls exchanged presents. It is always funny when they do this because the girls open the gift they get and than switch around until they get what they want. Last year, Kaylee ended up with the thing we bought. Nicole is happy to get anything...she loves everything!!
My favorite was when we made hot chocolate. The girls loved the Peppermint IceCream in the hot chocolate. DELICIOUS!! Each one took a turn pulling funny faces as they drank their hot chocolate....

Painting their ornaments....Kaylee's friends did a sign that said "Believe" and Nicole's friends painted a snowflake.

You have to decorate sugar cookies at a Christmas Party. Kaylee is like me and would rather eat it without frosting, but she loves to decorate cookies to "make them pretty." Nicole spent her time eating the frosting instead of putting it on her cookie.
