Nicole's Birthday Celebrations - with emphasis on the PLURAL!!

Lucky Little Nicole had 3 other birthday celebrations besides her BIG birthday party. We had a ton of treats and by the week's end, I was sugared out. NICOLE LOVED EVERY MINUTE OF IT!!

1) Birthday celebration with Grandma and Grandpa:

First treat: Brownies

On Mother's Day, Grandma and Grandpa came over to celebrate. For this party, we had ice cream and brownies. Grandma and Grandpa gave Nicole this blue and white polka dot dress...to say she loves it is an understatement. She searches for this dress almost every day and digs it out of the dirty clothes hamper.

2) Birthday celebration at school

2nd treat: Cupcakes (OOOPS!) 3rd treat :Cookie Cake

Nicole desperately wanted to bring cupcakes to share with her school friends, but Mommy made one small mistake. After I had finished frosting 24 cupcakes, I decided to look at the ingredients on the frosting and to my surprise, nuts was listed on the back. AHHHHHH!! Nicole's preschool has a HUGE NO NUT RULE, so much so that everyone has to wash their hands before entering the classroom. Sweet little Olie was just as happy with a cookie cake, but we now had 24 cupcakes, brownies, and leftover cookie cake.

We used the cupcakes for the family birthday party and Nicole was so HAPPY to have her cupcakes. LUCKY girl got lots of YUMMY treat for her birthday and she was in HEAVEN.
